Responsibilities
- reputed company monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
- Maintain and review QuickBooks Online files
- Identify and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain organized documentation
- Communicate proactively and meet deadlines
Requirements
- 2+ years experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Strong reconciliation skills (this is critical)
- Experience managing multiple clients
- Strong attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Reliable internet + dedicated workspace
Compensation $25/hour (W2) Monthly performance bonuses based on:
- Accuracy
- Timeliness
- Ownership
