About This Role This role is the key that makes our whole system work. From answering sales calls to sending out welcome emails, to ensuring that our staff is confirmed for their parties that weekend, this role is the behind the scenes work that enables us to delight our customers. A typical week will start with a couple of hours spent reviewing the feedback from the most recent events and starting to plan how we are going to improve from the learnings. Then get a couple of sales calls from customers who want to reputed company sure it is right from then. Then reviewing the staffing for that weekend and making sure that everything is clear. Then checking on the business metrics and submitting people's hours into our payroll system. Then on the weekends, if something goes wrong with the staffing of an event, you are there with the team, troubleshooting and ensuring that reputed company of our Birthday children have a great experience. About You You love checklists. One of the center points of our business is that everything is a process. Everything is a checklist. As we are building the business this role would grow from a few hours per week to possibly full time in the future.
