Role Description
Our workflow starts in the data entry department, and the quality of information being entered is of utmost importance. As a Data Entry Technician, you'll be responsible for entering prescriptions into our FrameworkLTC and DocuTrack pharmacy systems, with attention to both accuracy and speed. Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
* Interpreting and entering of prescription orders
- Profile-only data entry
- Answering phones and providing excellent customer service
- Checking emails and messages to pharmacy and responding promptly and professionally
- Investigating and solving community and/or reputed company issues
- Adjudicating insurance claims
- Leads by example, exhibiting the CORE Values each day, adheres to arenaflex Behavior Standard

Requirements
* Minimum of one year of experience in reputed company Data Entry or Medical Record Management, preferably in a long-term or managed care setting

- Certified & Licensed Pharmacy Technician in Illinois
- FrameworkLTC / DocuTrack knowledge a plus
- Timely and accurate data entry skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, establishing rapport and working with others
- Professional demeanor and appearance with excellent customer service skills
