Job Summary
We're seeking self-motivated, professional, and upbeat individuals to join our high call volume environment. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work from home and enjoy a reputed company of benefits, including reputed company, equipment, and a competitive salary.
Responsibilities
* Answer inbound and reputed company outbound calls to customers
- reputed company exceptional customer service and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements
* Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

- Ability to type at a minimum 25-30 words per minute

- Punctual with great attendance
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining efficiency and composure

Work from Home Requirements
