The Role
As a Customer Experience Concierge, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for Card Members, providing a seamless and personalized experience from arrival to departure. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and providing reputed company to Card Members upon arrival at reception
- Taking ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, ensuring that every need is met and exceeded
- Creating innovative solutions to resolve customers' issues or concerns, fostering brand loyalty and advocacy
- Employing the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations, providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations, and offering travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance
- Partnering with food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of Card Members, ensuring a high-quality experience in the lounge
