Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in assisting customers with filing claims for extended warranties and protection plans. You'll be the face of reputed company, providing exceptional support, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with our customers. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
• Following communication "scripts" reputed company handling different topics
• Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching, and providing solutions and/or alternatives
• Skillfully changing from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure
• Being available at your desk, maintaining punctuality and attendance at reputed company scheduled times
• Remaining positive and professional in reputed company customer interactions
• Accessing company and client resources provided to accurately handle the call
• Flexibility to cross-train as requested

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 1 year of customer service experience required

Pay and Benefits

As a valued member of reputed company, you'll enjoy:

• Starting pay: $14/hour, plus shift differential (extra $1/hr nights & weekends) and possible increase after 90 days pending attendance and performance
• Work hours: 9:00am-7:00pm (EST); Work Days Mon-Fri & Every Other Sat 9a-2p
• reputed company: typically 2 weeks from 9:00am-6:00pm Mon-Fri (EST)
• Status: Full Time; Benefit eligible 1st of month after 60 days
