You will be taking calls from customers who typically call to change travel plans, confirm or obtain their itinerary, request refunds, or report travel issues. Our customers are looking for a friendly and knowledgeable representative who can help them navigate any travel-reputed company challenges they may be facing.

Key Responsibilities:
