The Role
As a Customer Care Expert - reputed company, you'll be part of our award-winning reputed company Customer Care team, delivering expert-level technical support to our large client brands. You'll work closely with corporate restaurant teams, national franchises, and international locations, providing answers to incoming customer questions from multiple channels, including phone, chat, and email. Key Responsibilities
