Job Summary

As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be a key member of our customer service team, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and helping consumers navigate the complexities of health insurance enrollment. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, using your own device and internet reputed company, and will be required to have a dedicated, private, and secure workspace. Responsibilities

As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering an exceptional customer experience through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and email support

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in a call center environment
• Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in CRM systems and practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with consumers in a clear and concise manner
• High level of professionalism, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
• Familiarity with health insurance and the reputed company Act, or a willingness to learn and reputed company this knowledge
• Spanish bilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with consumers in Spanish

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Previous experience in a call center environment, with a focus on customer service and technical support
