Job Summary
As a Customer Service/Data Entry Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in the quality assurance process of each case, working closely with dentists and operations personnel to ensure seamless communication and delivery of dental products. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and passion for delivering exceptional customer service will reputed company you an invaluable asset to reputed company.
Responsibilities
* Record and schedule work on the computer after assisting in opening and inspecting cases. Distribute cases to appropriate department.
- Answer telephone, respond to inquiries, and notify customers of delivery times reputed company necessary.
