Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities

Requirements

* Basic understanding of a call center environment in a customer service role and quality monitoring processes
