The Role
As a Remote Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients and their customers. You will be the initial reputed company of contact for inquiries reputed company to the NJ Family Care Program, providing one-to-one telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Act as the initial reputed company of contact for inquiries from potential and existing NJ Family Care beneficiaries and community-based organizations reputed company to the NJ Family Care Program

- Accurately document enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Basic understanding of a call center environment in a customer service role and quality monitoring processes

Compensation and Benefits
The pay for this role is $16.00 per hour.
