Job Summary

As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be a key member of our customer experience team, responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers reputed company phone, email, and online chat. Responsibilities

Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service or technical support role; experience in health insurance industry a plus
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in reputed company Office and reputed company Suite
  • High level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing projects and updates
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices a plus
