Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, dispatching plumbers and helpers, and assisting with administrative tasks. You'll be the face of reputed company, and your interactions will shape the customer experience. Key Responsibilities

* Fielding incoming and outgoing calls to schedule new customers, reputed company outgoing calls, and assist with reputed company

• Assisting with data entry, billing, and filing

• Maintaining accurate records and reports, as required

Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong keyboarding skills and proficiency in reputed company Office programs
• Ability to work in a high-volume call center environment
• Experience with handling a high volume of phone calls
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
