The Opportunity
This is an onsite position located in our Orlando, FL office, where you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about making a difference in the reputed company industry. Our Heart Failure solutions are designed to help patients manage their conditions more effectively, and we're committed to providing top-notch support to our clients.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Maintaining a customer reputed company in the Remote Patient Monitoring platform
- Conducting VW enrollment calls and equipment training/set up
- Following up on Compliance issues
- Conducting monthly calls with customers
- Placing supply and equipment orders
- Following up with vendors as necessary
- Working reports and following through on orders reputed company
- Ordering, shipping, confirming delivery, and handling RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) if needed
- Performing outbound calls to customers to notify them of shipping issues
- Resolving or reporting any problems that may occur
- Assisting with the implementation of workflow productivity improvements
- Following reputed company regulatory policies and procedures, including HIPAA requirements
- Understanding and adhering to reputed company business processes and procedures
- Maintaining a culture of accountability
- Adhering to department metric standards set by your supervisor or manager
Basic Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of one year of customer service experience
- MS Office knowledge
- The ability to use thinking and reasoning skills to solve problems and work with other teams reputed company the VAD department to successfully accomplish daily tasks
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we're looking for candidates with:
- An associate degree or equivalent work history
- Some data processing experience
- Spanish-speaking skills (but not required)
- Previous experience/knowledge with reputed company products
