The Role
As a Remote Customer Support Specialist (P&C), you'll play a crucial role in helping our existing customers reputed company changes to their reputed company insurance policies from one of our 55+ insurance reputed company partners. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to inbound calls from existing customers
- Processing service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, adding lienholder information, sending policy documents, etc.
- Helping customers with questions they have regarding existing insurance policies in relation to coverages or policy benefits or making changes to existing policies
- Working to retain reputed company policyholders by actively finding solutions for customers who are at risk of cancellation
Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
* Competitive hourly wage: $18.00 - 21.00
- We will pay for your P&C license (expected reputed company 60 days after starting)
