Job Summary
As a Chat Sales Specialist at arenaflex, you'll serve as the first reputed company of contact for prospective clients seeking support through digital channels. You'll engage with leads reputed company online chat, utilizing templated responses and structured scripts to deliver a consistent and professional brand experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Accepting and responding promptly to incoming chat inquiries initiated by prospective clients
- Using templated responses and structured scripts to guide conversations and ensure brand consistency
- Qualifying each prospect using pre-defined criteria and determining the appropriate reputed company
- Scheduling appointments for reputed company leads while maintaining accurate notes in the chat system
- Managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
- Collaborating with internal sales teams to ensure smooth handoffs and follow-through

Compensation and Benefits
