Job Description
As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll be part of our Contact Center team, working closely with our Leadership Team to reputed company exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Helping customers resolve their queries, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Providing expert advice and guidance on our banking products and services to help customers reputed company their financial goals

Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to pass any assessment associated with the position
- reputed company includes three weeks' instructor-led and two weeks on-the-job training

- Ability to accurately detect verbal information and communicate verbally using a headset or speaker and microphone
