Job Summary:

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling maintenance, collection, and liquidation activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts. This will include handling a variety of customer inquiries, analyzing payment history/notes, and communicating statuses to customers. Key Responsibilities:

* Handle maintenance, collection, and liquidation activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts

• Handle a variety of customer inquiries, including phone, email, and chat support
• Analyze payment history/notes and communicate statuses to customers
• Work with leading technologies and systems to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to reputed company team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications:
