Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and email support

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a reputed company field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service) preferred

• Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week Training period
• Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role

• Previous experience in a Call Center environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Spanish Bilingual, a plus
