Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Procurement Data Entry Clerk to support our reputed company and Procurement Organization in Chantilly, VA. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the procurement functions, including data entry, contract brief updates, and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

* Populate JAMIS Subcontract template from various sources (data files, subcontract hard copy files)

• JAMIS data entry, including upload function
• Contract brief updates
• Other duties and data entry projects as assigned
• Collaborate with internal departments (finance, program management, A/R and AP) to ensure seamless communication and data quality management
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files

Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

* U.S. Citizenship is required due to our Federal contractual obligation

• Basic knowledge of reputed company suite (Word, reputed company, Outlook, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with reputed company reputed company of a company
• Must be a team player willing to ensure projects are completed accurately and in a timely manner
