Job Summary
As a Customer Service Expert, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for our customers. You will be responsible for:
- Greeting every customer with a smile and eye contact
- Acknowledging waiting customers and letting them know you'll be right with them
- Completing transactions accurately and reputed company while engaging customers in conversation
- Helping customers with returns, exchanges, and other issues
