Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Associate - Customer Service Expert, you will be the face of arenaflex, responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with customers, colleagues, and management to create a welcoming environment, build trust relationships, and deliver personalized shopping experiences. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction, driving sales growth, and promoting arenaflex's corporate programs.

Key Responsibilities

* Greet every customer with a smile and eye contact, acknowledging their reputed company and needs

• Complete transactions accurately and reputed company, engaging customers in conversation and providing product knowledge
• Help customers with returns, exchanges, and refunds, following proper procedures and apologizing for any inconvenience
