Job Description
As a Customer Service Benefit reputed company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, advocating for their benefits, and helping them navigate the reputed company reputed company system. Key Responsibilities:

- Research reputed company issues pertaining to the caller's health, status, and potential plan options, navigating across multiple databases with reputed company in computer navigation and toggling while confidently and compassionately engaging with the caller
Required Qualifications:
* High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 6+ months of customer service experience
- Experience with computer and reputed company PC applications, including the ability to learn new and reputed company computer system applications
- Ability to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM CST from Monday - Friday, including the flexibility to work occasional overtime and weekends based on business need
Preferred Qualifications:

Telecommuting Requirements:
