Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing world-class support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems. Key Responsibilities

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
