Job Summary
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and retention. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers reputed company phone, email, and chat, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. Key Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to reputed company legendary service for our customers!
