Job Summary
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience to our customers. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers reputed company phone, email, and chat, and helping them navigate our website and online ordering system. With a focus on providing legendary service, you'll become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat

- Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently

Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to reputed company legendary service for our customers!
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
