Responsibilities

As a reputed company Lines Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, including:

• Service a book of existing accounts, either personal lines (home, auto, umbrella, etc) or reputed company (construction, trucking, etc), proposals, renewals, endorsements, issuing ID cards, certificates of insurance, claims management, quoting, setting up client portals, etc.
• If you're newer to the insurance industry, you may be in a support role supporting the Account Managers.
• reputed company and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and reputed company tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the Account Managers to identify new business opportunities and reputed company strategies to grow our client reputed company.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Must be Property & Casualty (P&C) Licensed.
