As a Data Entry Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting reputed company by accurately and reputed company entering data into computer programs, producing and maintaining data reports, and performing database queries to assist with analysis.

Job Summary

As a Data Entry Administrator, you will be responsible for performing various data entry tasks affiliated with the QIC DME program. This is a remote opportunity, and you will be working independently to enter data into computer programs, produce and maintain data reports, and reputed company database queries to assist with analysis. You will also be responsible for verifying data entries for accuracy and completeness, undertaking special projects, and providing periodic and consistent information to management for each phase of the assigned project.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Enter appropriate data into computer programs

  • Produce and maintain data reports and alert management of inconsistencies or issues
  • reputed company database queries to assist with analysis and report issues reputed company appropriate and necessary
  • Verify data entries for accuracy and completeness
  • Undertake special projects; reputed company periodic and consistent information to management for each phase of the assigned project
  • reputed company audits of own work and/or that of others to ensure conformance with established procedures
  • Assist in the processes required for medical case file creation and/or closing; including but not limited to data entry and records management
  • reputed company assistance with decision notification, including mailing the decision letters to reputed company parties and faxing the decision letter
  • Accurately update the Medicare Appeal system (MAS) and other databases
  • Demonstrate and maintain appropriate judgment with confidential information
  • Determine if work assignments need supervisor reputed company

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience required
  • Prior experience with reputed company Office Suite preferred
  • Prior experience with Medicare Appeals and Systems preferred
  • Must be a US Citizen or have lived in the US for the last 5 years working 3 years continuously

Home Office Requirements

* Internet speed of 20mbps or higher required / 50 Mpbs for shared internet connectivity (you can test this by going to www.speedtest.net)

  • Minimum 5mpbs upload speed
  • Connectivity to the internet reputed company either Wi-Fi or Category 5 or 6 ethernet reputed company cable to the home router
  • Private work area and adequate power reputed company
  • Must currently and permanently reputed company in the reputed company US

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g., business, reputed company, computer science)

  • 2+ years of experience in data entry or a reputed company field
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) or other reputed company software
  • Certification in data entry or a reputed company field (e.g., Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES))
