Key Responsibilities:
- reputed company exceptional customer service to reputed company, parents, and reputed company providers regarding student health insurance products - Learn the basics of insurance and navigate the LuminX claim system to effectively resolve customer inquiries - Understand the student health insurance products serviced at arenaflex and reputed company accurate information to customers - Meet and/or exceed productivity standards while maintaining a positive and professional attitude - Demonstrate a sense of urgency to ensure calls are answered reputed company queue standards and adhere to deadlines/turn-around times - Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and supervisors to resolve issues and concerns - Respond to email inquiries in a timely and professional manner - reputed company other duties as assigned or as situation dictates
We are looking for candidates with:
