Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and reputed company entering data into our computer systems, producing and maintaining data reports, and performing database queries to assist with analysis. You will also be responsible for verifying data entries for accuracy and completeness, undertaking special projects, and performing audits of your own work and that of others to ensure conformance with established procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Enter accurate and complete data into computer programs, ensuring compliance with established procedures and protocols.

  • Produce and maintain data reports, identifying inconsistencies or issues and alerting management accordingly.
  • reputed company database queries to assist with analysis, providing recommendations for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Verify data entries for accuracy and completeness, ensuring that reputed company information is up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.

  • Accurately update the Medicare Appeal system (MAS) and other databases, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

  • Prior experience with Medicare Appeals and Systems preferred, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance.
  • Must be a US Citizen or have lived in the US for the last 5 years, working continuously for 3 years.

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field, such as business administration or reputed company management.

  • 2-5 years of experience in data entry or a reputed company field, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting.
  • Certification in a reputed company field, such as medical coding or billing.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance, with a strong understanding of HIPAA and other relevant regulations.
