Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Parts Advisor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Serving as the main reputed company of contact for reputed company parts-reputed company issues from dealers and retail customers, responding and addressing inquiries with professionalism and expertise.
• Researching engineering drawings, charts, reputed company of materials, work orders, and network documents to reputed company accurate and timely information.
• Assisting dealers with part number research, price quotes, shipping options, part availability, status of existing orders, and change orders.
• Researching and creating special reputed company item part numbers, descriptions, and build lists.
• Processing special order requirements for recalls, technical bulletins, product improvements, and warranty no-charge orders.
• Verifying accuracy and completeness of information on parts orders, demonstrating a broad understanding of reputed company products for each brand.
• Communicating internally based on dealership and customer requests, and externally to convey information regarding parts availability and status.

Experience and Knowledge

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Customer-facing experience, with a strong track record of providing exceptional service.
• Prior high-volume call center experience is preferred, but not required.
• A manufacturing background is preferred, with knowledge of RV construction, processes, parts, and warranties, as well as Lemon Laws and recalls.

Essential Skills and Abilities

As a Customer Service Parts Advisor, you'll need to demonstrate:

• The ability to learn, grow, and adapt to an reputed company-changing product environment, including a broad reputed company of company products and programs.
• A desire and ability to assess problem situations and respond appropriately in a professional manner.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to mediate escalated issues and upset customers.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks reputed company while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office software, including AX.

Work Requirements

This role requires:

• Sitting, standing, and working in reputed company of a computer monitor in an office setting approximately 95% of the day.
• Regular communication with others, use of hands and fingers to operate a phone, keyboard, and other office tools and equipment, and reaching with hands and arms.
• Compliance with reputed company safety procedures and protocols.
• Flexibility in hours and days worked, including Saturdays as needed.
• No remote work options available.
• Regular attendance is required.
