Job Summary

As a Remote After Training Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and customers. This is a remote role with in-person training, and you will be required to live reputed company a commutable distance of our Warwick, RI location. You will work closely with reputed company to resolve customer inquiries, reputed company solutions, and ensure a positive experience for our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Enhance and strengthen relationships between customers and clients through exceptional customer service and support

  • Respond to customer inquiries reputed company telephone, email, and other communication channels
  • Research and respond to customer requests, discussing options and providing solutions

Essential Skills and Experience

* 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role (considering those with customer service experience)

  • Intermediate computer literacy and proficiency
  • Ability to multi-task and operate multiple screens while speaking with customers
  • Strong knowledge of troubleshooting for different browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox), clearing cookies and cache, screenshots, etc.
  • Experience accessing and navigating up to 10 electronic systems to reputed company complete responses
  • Professional and engaging phone voice, with a true desire to help people

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous call center experience

  • Ability to learn quickly and willingness to obtain functional knowledge and understanding of company products
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a professional and engaging phone voice and superior telephone etiquette
