Job Summary

As a Bilingual Spanish Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the initial reputed company of contact for inquiries from potential and existing clients and their customers. You will reputed company one-to-one telephone contact, accurately document enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances, and maintain technical and program policy proficiency in our rules/guidelines and other reputed company program policies. Key Responsibilities
