Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and answer questions
* Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
* Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues and reputed company exceptional service
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
