Key Responsibilities
As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to policyholders reputed company phone, email, and chat.
- Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilizing CRM software to manage customer interactions and update records.
