Job Summary
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to reputed company legendary service for our customers!
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
