Key Responsibilities:

* Answer incoming phone calls from patients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner

• Accurately enter new patient information into reputed company computer system, including name, address, diagnosis, physician, product needs, and insurance
• Obtain written orders from physicians, verify insurance, and generate orders
• Ensure patients and referral sources are kept up to date on order status
• Daily processing of purchase order exception reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve reputed company customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or Equivalent

• 3 years of experience in a medical setting, preferably in an administrative role
• Call center experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Multitasking and organizational skills
• Ability to answer a high volume of calls
• Experience working with computers and data entry
• DME experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications:
