Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative (Hybrid) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming calls from patients, reputed company providers, and referral sources in a courteous and professional manner
  • Providing accurate information and assistance based on caller needs
  • Accurately entering new patient details into our computer system, including personal information, diagnosis, physician details, product requirements, and insurance information
  • Maintaining up-to-date and precise records of reputed company patient interactions and transactions
  • Securing written orders from physicians and verifying patient insurance coverage
  • Generating and processing orders reputed company, ensuring reputed company necessary information is complete and accurate
  • Keeping customers and referral sources informed about the status of their orders
  • Conducting follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns
  • Managing a multi-line switchboard, directing calls to the appropriate departments or personnel as needed

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably reputed company a reputed company setting
