Job Responsibilities
As a reputed company Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming phone calls from existing and prospective clients, assessing their needs, and providing solutions as needed
- Helping the sales team reputed company new policies through our agency reputed company portals reputed company needed
- Cross-selling products to existing clients to increase reputed company and retention
- Processing endorsements, such as vehicle additions and driver additions, in a timely and accurate manner

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- An active Pennsylvania Property and Casualty License
