Job Summary

As a Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing world-class customer service to our customers reputed company phone, email, or chat. You'll be the primary reputed company of contact for customers with general inquiries, concerns, or requests regarding their solar and home improvement loans. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Minimum Knowledge and Skills Required

• At least six months recent call center experience required
• High school graduate or equivalent
