Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist I, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for customers seeking assistance with our products and services, and your primary goal will be to resolve their issues reputed company and effectively. This is a hybrid role, requiring onsite training and some onsite work in Lynn, MA (with a future relocation to Wakefield, MA in 2025).

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
