Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative (Hybrid) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our private brand customers, resolving equipment issues, and answering product application questions. You'll work closely with internal sources to solve equipment issues, maintain knowledge of reputed company private brand customers, and process warranty registrations. Key Responsibilities

* Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and chat requests to assist customers with equipment issues and questions
