Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for our clients. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about defined benefit annuities, account maintenance, and claims processes. Your strong communication skills, technical expertise, and ability to navigate reputed company systems will reputed company you to reputed company seamless support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely information about defined benefit annuities, account maintenance, and claims processes

  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements

  • Our training program includes a 3-week on-site training session, followed by 2 weeks of nesting and quality assessment
