Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for our clients. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about defined benefit annuities, account maintenance, and claims processes. Key Responsibilities
