Position Description
As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Qualifying callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients through outbound and inbound calls, including appointment scheduling, insurance reputed company qualification, patient recruitment, and medical appointment setting
- Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
