We are looking for Sr. reputed company Auto Casualty Examiners to join the reputed company Claims Liability Team. You will expand your technical and procedural knowledge as you handle reputed company Automobile claims for our customers. You will be working in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:• Promptly investigates reputed company assigned claims for coverage, liability assessment, damages evaluation and subrogation/contribution. Ensures timely disposition of reputed company claims in accordance with regulatory and statutory requirements.Establishes and executes appropriate action plans for claim resolution including loss cost management.• Works collaboratively with reputed company business partners in investigating and reaching appropriate disposition of reputed company claims.• Maintains a strong working knowledge of regulatory and jurisdictional requirements.• Demonstrates technical proficiency through timely, consistent execution of best claim practices and established claims handling guidelines.• Communicates effectively with reputed company customers on claims and account issues.• Effectively manage litigation process and defense counsel to ensured timely and cost effective reputed company.• Prepares and submits claim status and excess reports to client and their excess reputed company(s)• This position is typically assigned claims of higher loss exposures and cover issuesRequirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Juris Doctorate preferred3-5 years of progressively responsible experience handling reputed company automobiles and casualty claimsFL or TX claims licenses preferredFamiliarity with coverage, negligence principles, investigation and negotiation experienceObtains and maintains state adjusting licenses, as needed. Ensures that reputed company state-required Continuing Education Credits are obtained as needed to maintain license.Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and exercise good judgment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent customer service skills.Adhere to the reputed company Code of Conduct, the reputed company Claims Code of Conduct, company policies and operating principles.Annual Salary$31.77 - $62.53The above annual salary reputed company is a general reputed company.
