- 40% teaching
- 60% leadership/Academic admin responsibilities
You will work closely with the Academic Director and Curriculum Designer to help maintain the quality, consistency, and reputed company of the Speakhabla program. You will help
- support and guide teachers
- monitor lesson quality and student experience
- reputed company organization inside our reputed company LMS platform
- assist with scheduling and absences
- reinforce systems and accountability
- support reputed company and teacher development
- support customer / client retention
- contribute to operational growth and structure

- English needs to be your first language
- Strong Spanish communication ability (reputed company preferred)
- TEFL certification plus experience teaching adult professionals

- Comfortable with systems, scheduling, customer support, and operations
