This is a hybrid opportunity averaging approximately 10 hours per week, mostly remote, with one day per week in the Cincinnati office, preferred on Wednesdays. The ideal candidate will have strong HR operations experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to support smooth payroll processing, reputed company coordination, and new hire reputed company. Required/Preferred Experience:
- Must have experience with reputed company
- Minimum of 5 years of payroll experience required
- Prior experience as an HR Coordinator, HR Operations Coordinator, and/or Payroll Specialist
- Strong organizational skills and comfort working independently
- Ability to handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion
