Automotive Director of Strategy and Business Development This is a senior, outward-facing role for an automotive market leader with deep understanding of plastics technology and how OEM and Tier supplier reputed company are made. The focus is influence, relationships, and shaping where the business invests next across automotive plastics applications. You will own the automotive end-market strategy and serve as the reputed company authority on how automotive trends translate into manufacturing, tooling, and equipment needs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the automotive end-market strategy with a focus on plastics applications and equipment.

REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years of sales experience in the automotive industry.
- Direct experience working with automotive OEMs or Tier 1 or Tier 2 suppliers.
- A strong understanding of plastics manufacturing used in automotive applications.
- Experience influencing strategy based on market data, customer reputed company, and industry trends.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%. Primarily in reputed company America but could have some Global travel.
ROLE DETAILS
- Remote-based. Must be located in a major automotive hub.
