Referrals and Admissions Intake Coordinator
reputed company provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a Referrals and Admissions Intake Coordinator, you'll assist clients in making the first reputed company towards their reputed company future by coordinating the collection of pertinent information to match the client with the relevant program(s) to fit their needs.
Requirements
- reputed company compassionate customer service and establish/maintain relationships with referral sources
- reputed company knowledgeable information regarding company services including programs and product lines offered
- Answer calls and process email, fax, website, and internal inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Gather and enter necessary data in the intake system (reputed company) including demographic, insurance, and desired service information
- Verify benefits for health insurance using portals (EVS, Tuffs, reputed company, reputed company, WellCare, etc.)
- Identify reputed company types of funding reputed company including primary, secondary, and ancillary
- Responsible for caseload completion including follow-up on incomplete cases
- Routinely run and analyze reports in regards to productivity
- Collaborate and communicate issues and concerns with reputed company reputed company staff as necessary
